JUDO CLUB

Exciting News:

Hanshi Ernest G. McPeek is starting the Lockport Judo Club which is holding its classes at the USA Self Defense Training Center. He and his certified Judo Instructors will be teaching Traditional Kodokan Judo. Hanshi Ernie is a 7th Degree Judo Blackbelt certified in Rank and as a Master Judo Instructor by the United States Jiu Jitsu Federation and is a registered member of USA Judo. He is also a licensed Master Judo Referee Instructor. The Lockport Judo Club is currently teaching men, women and children and is looking for new members or for Judo players who want to work out somewhere. Our dojo is modern, air conditioned, and traditionally matted.

For those Judo players who wish to improve their Judo Rank, Hanshi Ernie is qualified to award certified Black Belt Rank up to Seventh Degree. He is also authorized to license referees in Judo and Jiu Jitsu as well as Karate. (See his bio for credentials).

The Lockport Judo Club’s Mission is to teach Traditional Kodokan Judo in a way that is fun, recreational, and tournament oriented. It is an exciting Olympic sport so get excited if you are new, dust off your old gi and belt if you’ve done it before, keep your old rank and work toward your new belt. All are welcome.
