Shihan Mark D. Hiser

Shihan Mark Hiser has been studying Judo for the past 40 years.
In 2005 as a member of the USMA, O’Sensei Phillip Porter promoted him to 5th degree Godan in Judo. O’Sensei Phillip Porter is one of only five living 10th degree Judo Masters.

In January 2009 Hanshi McPeek promoted him to 6th degree Rokudan in Judo.

Shihan Mark is the Head Judo & Jiu-Jitsu instructor at the school.
He is a coach / instructor on the Jiu-Jitsu Fighting team that has produced the most gold medalists in New York State.
