OUR NEW INNOVATIVE AND EXCITING
A+ MARTIAL ARTS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Our new innovative and exciting martial arts after school program runs from dismissal of school until 6pm Monday through Friday, including picking them up
on early dismissal days (1/2 days). We will pick the students up at their school and bring them to USA Self Defense Centers in Lockport. Parents will pick them up between 5:45 and 6pm. Our Martial Arts School has been serving the Lockport Community for the past 10 years.
What We Are NOT
We are not a day care center or babysitting service. We are a professional martial arts school providing a martial arts program consisting of a structured learning environment where your child will work on academics, physical fitness, and learning the martial arts.
Our after school program Director is Ken Meier. He is a tenured teacher at Alden Central School who is certified in Elementary Education and in Special Education from Daemen College. He also has a Masters Degree in Remedial Reading from Medaille College and is a NYS Certified Coach. In addition he is a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate, and a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Judo and Ju Jitsu.
Our Head Martial Arts Instructor is Ernest G. McPeek, J.D. who has a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a Law Degree from SUNY at Buffalo and is a 9th Degree Black Belt in Karate, an 8th Degree in Ju Jitsu and a 6th Degree in Judo.

MODULE 1
When they get to the school there will be nutritional snacks provided. For the first hour they will focus on homework and any school projects they need help
with. Certified NYS teachers will be supervising and helping with homework. They will have access to our resource material consisting of Encyclopedias, Almanacs, Dictionaries, Thesaurus and supervised access to the internet for any research.
MODULE 2
Will consist of martial arts physical activity, exercise and games that will be challenging, stimulating, and fun.
MODULE 3
Will be their martial arts Black Belt training consisting of Stranger Danger, Non aggressive conflict resolution (Bullying), and self defense in our Jr. Black Belt Program
