Student Creed

I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything that would reduce my mental growth or my physical health.

I intend to develop self discipline in order to bring out the best in myself and others.

I intend to use what I learn in class constructively and defensively, to help myself and my fellow man and never to be abusive or offensive.

DEFINITIONS:

LINE 1:
Line 1 of the Student Creed means: "No Drugs, No Smoking, No Alcohol."

LINE 2:
Self Discipline is "Control gained by training". Discipline yourself to control your temper. When you get angry, count to 10 and cool off. If your mom asks you to clean your room, say yes ma'am and do it without a temper tantrum. If you have a test coming up in school, study for it and get a good grade. If you play a musical instrument, practice. If you are in gymnastics, you must practice. If you are a Martial Artist, you must practice.

LINE 3:
Line 3 of the Student Creed means: "Don't be a bully." Don't use your martial arts skills outside of the classroom unless absolutely necessary. Try to avoid conflicts and walk away if you can. Words can't hurt you.
